Every person, hereinafter referred to as the “User”, who has gained access to the website at https://usa-start.com/ (hereinafter “the Site”), and to the information and services therein (hereinafter collectively “Content”), offered by EVOL-T EOOD (hereinafter “the Provider”), agrees to and accepts the following General Terms of Use.

The User, by using this Site, agrees to abide by these General Terms as well as all provisions of Bulgarian and international law. In case of disagreement with these Terms, the User must immediately cease using the Site. The Provider bears no responsibility if the User has not familiarized themselves with these Terms.

1.4.1. 5.1. The Provider, EVOL-T EOOD, a registered data controller, guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data, including but not limited to the name of the User and/or their email address.
